A warm welcome to our new friend @cgreen85! Thanks for joining us! Since you're using an iOS device please make sure Bluetooth and All Day Sync are turned on. To manage the All Day Sync function, open the Fitbit app and select your tracker, then tap All Day Sync to turn it on or off. I'd suggest you try the following:
1. Restart your tracker one more time.
2. Sync your tracker.
3. Turn On or Auto the heart rate
4. Sync your tracker one more time.
Hope this helps, let me know how it goes!
