syncing resting HR but not updating graph or tracking HR during exercise

Hi as of 07:45 on the 6-1-16 my charge HR stopped syncing Heart rate only. Everything else syncs fine. Specifically the HR graph has not been updated and my HR while exercising is not recorded. However, when I sync HR comes up which matches the value in the tracker. I have tried all troubleshooting: restarting tracker, reinstalling app, syncing through computer etc. From looking in forums a number of people have had this problem but no one seems to have an answer. It must either be software or hardware issue! Please help

A warm welcome to our new friend @cgreen85! Thanks for joining us! Woman WinkSince you're using an iOS device please make sure Bluetooth and All Day Sync are turned on. To manage the All Day Sync function, open the Fitbit app and select your tracker, then tap All Day Sync to turn it on or off. I'd suggest you try the following:

 

1. Restart your tracker one more time.

2. Sync your tracker. 

3. Turn On or Auto the heart rate

4. Sync your tracker one more time.

Mine started working again after a little over 48 hrs and was told if I have future problems to call support again. I would wait for 48 hrs and see if resets if I were u. Plus try turning HR off overnight and switching it to on the next day then sync 🙂
