version 2.20 seems to loose my Charge HR

App on phone keeps dropping my fitbit device.  About a half jour after I applied the new update to my iPhone, the app appears to have forgotten my Charge HR.  If I reboot the phone all is good for maybe 15 to 30 minutes then boom...  dashboard looses all device specific panels and Account looks like I don't have a device setup.

Should i nuke the app, reinstall, then go thru the setup device routine again?  Just re-pair my Charge HR with the phone?  It's annoying...  didn't even get a chance to update the Charge HR yet.

Hey @jpuhalla thanks for taking the time to post, I'm happy to see you here! Smiley Happy Try update your tracker on your Computer. To do it, just Restart your tracker and after Set up your tracker as a new Fitbit device and finally, follow the instructions here: "How do I update my tracker?".

Let me know how it goes! Smiley Wink

Hi  @jpuhalla, this is a bug that was introduced in the last update. The engineers are aware. As you have discovered, the temporary fix is to log out of the app.  However, each time your tracker syncs it will disappear again, along with any tracker related stats!  Reinstalling the app or resetting / updating your Fitbit will make no difference, unfortunately.

FWIW, after the firmware update on the Charge HR thge app has become more stable.  The app "forgets" then "remembers" the paired device thru out the day.  Often, if I give it 20 seconds or so the Charge HR will pop back in.  SOmetime, moving from the Dashboard tab to the Account tab seems to help.   Fortunately, I've only had to restart the app once since updating the firmware...  oddly, it was right after a successful sync where the Charge HR dropped.

Thanks for the update :-0
