@OliverS521 Whether your on iOS or Android, try force closing the app. In iOS, show your recent apps and swipe the Fitbit app away. On Android, long press the Fitbit app icon, release, and tap info (i within a circle) and tap force stop. After that, open the Fitbit app and swipe down to force a sync. If that doesn't work, try deleting your Sense from the Fitbit app and adding it again. Open the Fitbit app, tap the top left corner to get to your account, tap Sense, tap the delete/trash icon in the top right. Then go through the process to add your Sense. You won't lose any data nor will it factory reset your Sense. The only thing that will happen is it'll go to Celcius if you are using Fahrenheit. I usually do this when I have syncing issues, specifically water log doesn't work to/from phone/Sense. I haven't had to do it recently in the last 3 weeks, so far.
