Inspire 2 is not tracking my steps nor distance accurately

How can you alter the daily steps and miles on the inspire 2?  It has my daily miles as 2.17. It’s supposed to be 5 miles and my step count as 9000 and it should be 11500.

To make sure that your Inspire 2 is accurately tracking your steps, confirm the following are correct in the Fitbit app:

• Your wrist settings (For more information, see Does the wrist I wear my device on affect accuracy? )
• Your height (For more information, see How do I manage my Fitbit profile?)

Since we use height to estimate your walking and running stride lengths, you may want to measure and manually adjust these values if your legs are longer or shorter than average. For more information, see How does my Fitbit device calculate my daily activity?

On a side note, may I know if you're using another app connected to your Fitbit account that will add/decrease your step count? Mobiletrack maybe? Low-power step sensors inside your phone track your steps and send the data to the Fitbit app. We recommend using MobileTrack if you forget your Fitbit device at home.
