Inspire HR not syncing

Inspire HR and Android, I suddenly am not able to sync my inspire hr with my phone.  It says it cam not connect.  I have done all the things (rebooted the watch, deleted the fitbit app and reinstalled it, made sure the watch was charged, turned on and the phone, turned on and off bluetooth). What am I missing?

Thank you for sharing the inquiry regarding Inspire HR. I'm sorry to know the difficulty experienced.

Please, try the following steps:

  1. Go to your phone's Bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device
  3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  4. Also, on an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. 
  5. You can find troubleshooting instructions here.

Also, please make sure to check the compatibility requirements listed here and to keep the Fitbit app updated to the latest version available. 

If the difficulty is still happening, try to set up your Inspire HR as a new device.
