My live heart rate is showing on my phone, and the phone indicates data is syncing, but no data regarding heart rate history, sleep, etc has been made available to view from my phone for days (since April 7). I have tried restarting the device, removing and re-adding it both from my phone's Bluetooth and from the Fitbit app, and this behavior continues. Are there any options to fix it or is this device simply not working anymore?
