Access data prior to authorization?

Is it possible to access fitbit data before the authorization stage? I want to know A) is this possible? and B) what the data looks like.

When you launch the app, it will ask you for your Google or fitbit account.
Either of these two accounts is required to use the app.
The answer to A is that you cannot use the app without a Google account or a fitbit account.
Answer B is that you can't see anything.
