Ace 2 Blinking

My daughter's fitbit ace 2 has now started to blink continously.  I attempted to clear the data from the setting icon and it keeps happening.   We charge it and it dies fast from the screen blinking.   Help?

Hi @JuliaC3,

 

I had that start when I had my Flex 1.  It sounds like it may be time to reach out to Support (link is at the bottom of the page) and tell them all the troubleshooting you've already done.  Then, ask for a Battery Test and be prepared to send in proof if they ask for it.
