We have returned from a vacation in a different time zone and my child’s Fitbit Ace 2 will not display the new correct time. Both the iPad and the Fitbit account are set to automatically detect the time zone, but the Fitbit account refuses to update to the new time zone. Even if I manually set it, it does not change. How do I force it to update the time? We have tried restarting, reconnecting, turning Bluetooth off/on. Thank you for your help!

Have the same problem with the ACE appears to be a software issue in Fitbit update. We have one ACE working with new time zone and one ACE that will not change no matter what we try.
Support team ram working on this frustrating issue.
