Ace 2-Kids View Not working

My son has had his Ace 2 since Christmas and for almost the last month, the Kids View isn’t working.  Every time I try to switch, it keeps saying “Switching to Kids View” and never does.  Then I have to totally log back in to see my info.  I called Fitbit today and spoke with someone, did everything he said, and it still won’t switch.  My phone automatically updates any apps that need updated as well... Is there any fix for this yet?  It seems as though this has been an issue for multiple people for awhile now...

I’ve been having this issue for a few weeks as well. My son let his ace2 go flat so it’s on the wrong time and now it’s useless! Any other way to fix this without going into kid view? I’ve tried everything that has been suggested to fix it and now I’m just getting angry.
