Hi everyone
my son likes to change his Ace clock face but his fav is the monster. I know it’s called Fred and he starts off with just the eyes but now I can’t seem to find him. Does anyone know if they got rid of this clock face? I can’t imagine why as it’s the main face on the box. Please help me. Thanks!

This is absolutely not good enough. How can popular features that featured heavily in advertising and on the product packaging be withdrawn with no replacement?
For a kids' step tracker to have only two faces that are even remotely fit for purpose isn't enough, never mind the removal of the best face. If my daughter wanted a watch then I would have got a watch. She wants a fitness tracker where you can at a glance see the steps, and that is fun for kids. 'Fred' was the only face that managed that.
It needs to be fixed now, it can't be that hard to restore a feature that was working fine. And then add more 'fun' faces.

Do you have any updates on the status of this issue? I feel like this issue should have already been resolved since it’s literally the main face on the Fitbit Ace 2. Can’t help but feel it’s like false advertising...
