Morning everyone,
so we bought our daughter the Ace 2 for her birthday. She had it Tuesday and have been wearing it all week with no issues. She woke up this morning with the Fitbit off her arm and the clasp in 3 separate pieces. Has anyone had any issues with the same thing??
Obviously we need to send it back to smyths where I purchased it from but my question is do we get another one? Or have a refund?

Hi @nicolan5254,
I'm not sure how much this would help, but you can always see if a third party retailer has bands available for your daughter's Ace. I did that before they came out with the woven bands for the adults and was able to save a bunch of money (most of the bands I got were $5 and under). I would consider going that route.
