I can’t get my daughters Fitbit to turn on. When I put it on charger it just vibrates and the screen stays black. When I push the button in the side it does the same. Any advice? It is only 2 months old.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that your daughter's tracker won't turn on. Thank you for your efforts to resolve this by doing a restart.
