Ace 2 - can't manually log activity

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My two kids received a ace 2 pour Christmas, but we don't able to enter a activity manually. We can enter the time, the date, the duration, but not the name of the activity. Also we have only 2 apps (alarm and chrono). We can't put things like water, foods or weigt. It's seem very basic.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Crinquée8.

Thank you for sharing the details of the issue you’re experiencing. I recommend doing the following:

  1. Log out of the app.
  2. Force quit the app.
  3. Restart your phone.
  4. Log into the Fitbit app.
  5. Switch to kid view and try to log the activity again: How do I manually log exercises in the Fitbit app?

Regarding your concern about the stats and apps, Ace 2 continuously tracks a variety of stats, including:

- Steps taken
- Active minutes
- Steps taken this hour and the number of hours you met your hourly activity goal
- Sleep duration

You can swipe down to scroll through the apps on Ace 2. It's correct that it has only Alarms and Timers apps. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?
