Ace 2 countdown shows no alert

Hi. When I set up a countdown in my daughter's Ace2 there is no alert. It continues running. E.g. I set up 01m and then it continues after 00:00m to 59:59 etc instead of stopping at 00:00 and alert the user. Why? Can I uninstall the app?

@LadyDunan welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your daughter's Fitbit Ace 2 since it won't show any alert when the countdown goes to zero.

 

Please restart the Ace 2 as described in this help article. After this, monitor the countdown again and see if the issue gets fixed.

Hello JuanJoFitbit,I restarted the tracker but it did not resolve the problem. Still the same.When I restarted, the tracker showed  the smile icon but didn't vibrate as mentioned in the help instructions... I also wonder if it is fine that app icons are in English despite we're leaving in France and our devices are settled in French except hers.Thanks
