Hi

 

Just bought Ace 2 and it is set up for my daughter fine. But my problem is each time she taps  the screen it lights up for 2 to 3 seconds then switches off. this is way too short for her be able to read the screen. is there anyway we can increase the illumination time.. ?

@Minus273 I'm sorry for the delayed response. However, regarding your inquiry, I'm afraid to say that the time can't be adjusted. However, since the screen doesn't stay on more than 3 seconds, I'd like you to try a restart. Please follow the steps to restart the Fitbit Ace 2 that are listed in this help article.

 

After this, monitor your daughter's Ace 2 and see if the issue gets fixed.
