Hey
Ive just added a family account to set up my daughters ace 2 but her watch is showing my daily step count?
I have hers synced to my ohone and also downloaded the fitbit app to her tablet but it wont allow me to view any of her details on the tablet?
Im confused!

Did you setup the tracker to your account, or to your child's account under the family.
Let's go to your device list. Do you see two yrs keeps connected?

@CiaraMillie welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry for the late response. However, I would like to follow up on the issue that you are experiencing with your daughter's Ace 2 since it's counting steps from your Versa.
The information that shared my friend @Rich_Laue is correct. Make sure that you set up your daughter's Ace 2 as described int his help article.
Also, let me know what is the brand and model of her tablet.
