When my son first got his ace 2 I set it up under my account and everything was fine. Now a month later it started sinking all his info under my fit bit. His account when blank. I tried deleting it and redoing it and it won't work. I can not get it to sync to his iPad. I can sink it to my phone but then I loose my fit bit. I have tried restarting it several times, I deleted it and re added it. I just can't seem to get it to work. What do I do?

Regarding the our son's Fitbit Ace 2, you need to create a Family account and set it up from there. Please follow the steps that are listed in this help article. It also explains how to connect the tracker to his mobile device or iPad.
