Ace 2 doesn’t vibrate after countdown

Hi we just got the Fitbit ace 2 for my child. After setting up we’ve noticed that it doesn’t vibrate when count down is up. We’ve restarted it couple times but still not vibrating.  It does vibrates when we connect it to the charging port so I know it is capable of vibrating, just not with counting down.  Please tell me know what we can do. Thanks!

@CLEC Welcome to the Community. I'm glad to hear that you bought an Ace 2.

I would like you to test your vibration motor by checking this article: Why didn't my Fitbit device alert me? Let me know if it vibrates when it receives notifications or set you set an alarm.

Yes they do. After we’ve restarted my ace 2, it is vibrating when countdown
ends.
