Ace 2 display is not working

Hello we just have this Fitbit only for 3 weeks in use. Now display remains dead. Restart etc is not working. Can you advice us how to return and replace. My daughter spent all her weekly money for this Fitbit. Now she is very disappointed and we are to. Please help
