Today we tried to setup the fitbit ace 3 for my son. Everything is working but we can't get the time on the 24h clock. I also not see the ace in my dashboard account. So i see no personal settings there to change.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @danielleverduij. Thank you for letting us know that you're trying to get the 24h clock on your son's Ace 3.
There were some queries regarding time format with Ace 2 which had 24h time format. Now Ace 3 has 12 hour format. You can vote for the suggestion: 24hr/ 12hr time format on Ace series.

Hi, I can't understand how can't you solve 24hr problem from 2018? You had problems with ace 2 and still on ace 3 we can not change clock from 12hr to 24hr. It is really unacceptable. I brought this clock to my daughter and could not imagine that I won't be able change tame in this technology age 🙂 I am considering to give it back and buy another better one 🙂
