Ace 2 doesn't show sleep data

My sons Ace 2 does not and has never shown sleep data on the device. His sleep is being tracked and is showing on the app on my phone, but it does not show on the Fitbit.

Same here, it never has & my daughter really wants to see it. This is a brand new Christmas present & the feature has never worked. We’ve restarted, re-synced & ensures it’s got the latest update/version.

Hi @Baxtersmum2020 and @Shelley8880,

According to the Ace 2 Manual, which can be downloaded here: Fitbit Ace 2 User Manual on page 20, it mentions that you can view your child's Sleep Stats by swiping up from the clock face.  In my experience, you may need to sync it to your phone first before it will appear on the watch.

Yeah this doesn’t work. I can see the sleep on the app on my phone. But my daughter can’t see it on the watch. It’s always grey like it doesn’t work 🤷🏼‍:female_sign:

Tracking sleep on the ace 2 appears to be an issue since 2019 and they don't seem to be interested in fixing it. We got a new ace2 last week. We can see the sleep on the app but not on the phone. If we delete and readd the watch to the app it appears on the phone for that day then disappears again. It seems a very poor quality software issue that they have not provided a working solution for.

They also must have plenty of substandard products to test the fix on at this stage if it's an issue for over 2 years.
