My 5 year old son received the FitBit Ace2 for his birthday in June. He never stops moving so he absolutely loves tracking his steps and the animations on the screen. His Ace2 seems to be lost. I have looked everywhere in our house and vehicles. I have downloaded the Bluetooth tracker that was suggested online. No luck. I am able to see that it is now at 4% battery from the app but that does me no good. I wish I could ping it like I can my Apple Watch. My son is devastated and keeps crying. There has to be a better way to find these things. It has been so awesome thus far and it is such a bummer that it is missing. Any help someone can suggest is appreciated!

@DesperateMom, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your son's Fitbit Ace 2 got lost and can't be found even by using a Bluetooth tracker. I totally understand how he feels about this.
I would like you to try the tips that are listed in this help article. This article contains the Bluetooth workaround that you already tried but you can skip it and proceed with the rest.
In addition, I'd like to share this page which provides more information about the warranty policy.
Keep me posted on the outcome.
