Ace 2 is not picking up activity automatically

I was under the impression that the Ace 2 should auto pick up exercise, however my child's one has only ever done this onc , despite doing exercise every day!? What are we doing wrong??

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing your concern about the Ace 2 being able to auto pick up exercise. I totally understand how you are feeling and would like to advise that the Fitbit Ace 2 doesn't have SmartTrack Auto Exercise Recognition feature, however you can manually track exercise in the Fitbit App under kid view.
