Ace 2 has had same issue reported since past 2 years, yet the company did nothing! Still taking peoples money and giving them a faulty product. Customer service just feeds you the same auto responses. Looks like they have become

I have contacted and gave details to just about everyone at 3-4 separate instances, and same standard reply! No resolution!
