Ace 2 lost steps

Hi! My son has an ace 2. He logged over 10.000 steps today and all of a sudden this evening his Fitbit just wiped all steps. I’ve switched off and back on but it didn’t help. Any advice welcome 🧐

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @SunsetRunner. I am sorry for the delayed response.

 

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that your son's steps disappeared. Thank you for your efforts to resolve this, I am here to help. I could happen if the tracker hasn't synced for some time. I recommend syncing the tracker at least once a day to avoid losing steps. For more information about syncing Ace 2 tracker, please see here.
