Why in the world is it not possible to create a patch to let children get messages from their parents? This should be a standard feature for family accounts when children don't have their own cellphones. Please get together to address this issue that seems to be most of parent/family concerns.

I’m also confused. Why is there a message feature in the app if a child can’t view it on their device? What’s the point of even having it in the app in the first place? You mentioned posting this idea on the Feature Suggestions Board, but I have found this question asked many times in the forum dating all the way back to 2018. I will be returning our device, unfortunately.
