How in the world do I get the monster face to show on my child’s Fitbit Ace 2?!?!?! It was a birthday gift and we have tears because no one can figure out how to get it to look like the picture on the box with the monster face?!?!? This is maddening.

That post said the monster shows up after step goal met.  What is the step goal? We had over 13k and no monster.
