Ace 2 not charging

Hi, My son's ace2 has stopped charging. I tried to clean up all points, USB slot including but no luck. It continues to not wake up and screen remains blank. No luck with rebooting either. can you please help.

Thank you for sharing the inquiry about this difficulty with the Ace 2 and for trying to fix it on your own. 

If it is regarding to a battery issue, please see the points listed in this help article. 

In addition, please try to change the clock face asi indicated:

  • On the Today tab, tap the upper left corner icon.
  • Tap My Family.
  • Under your child’s name, tap Switch to Kid View.
  • Tap your child's profile picture, and tap Ace 2 tile.
  • Tap Clock Faces > All Clocks.
  • Browse the available clock faces. Tap a clock face to see a detailed view.

Tap Select to add the clock face to Ace 2 and sync the tracker.

Try to restart the device folling these points:

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Connect your device to the charging cable. For instructions, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
  3. Press and hold the button or buttons on your tracker for 5 seconds.
  4. Release the button. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.
