My little girls ace 2 has not counted any of her steps today, it is still on zero 😞

I am sorry to hear your daughter's Ace 2 tracker has not counted any steps. I totally understand how you are feeling and I am here to help you. I recommend restarting the tracker by following these steps: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
After that log out /log into the Fitbit app and sync your daughter's tracker: How does my child sync Ace or Ace 2 with their device?

Hi,
sorry to jump onto onto this conversation, but my sons Fitbit is not counting steps either. I have tried switching it off, logging off etc. but still the same. Any advice on how to fix it please?
