We bought a fitbit Ace 2 for my daughters birthday in August (bought via Amazon). Already it has stopped scrolling. I've tried re-starting it and everything mentioned in other posts.
Do you have any other suggestions, or do I need to organise a replacement?

@Mrskay13 What happened when you restarted it (holding button in for 5 seconds and releasing) - did you see the smiley face and it vibrated? If so, try that again but 2-3 times in a row and then let it charge fully.
