My son's Ace2 used to track sleep, but I had so many syncing issues with the app on my iPhone, I thought I just needed to fix it.
I finally got around to:
1. deleting everything
2. reinstalling
3. rebooting the Ace2 per suggestions in this forum
This morning, the Fitbit still didn't show sleep tracking.
Is this like a product defect? Has anyone found a solution to their problem? TIA!

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @BenvenueAve.
Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I understand your concern and recommend changing a clock face:
Our team has started releasing a new version of the Fitbit app (3.41) and I recommend updating the app once you see it available as updates come with new features and bug fixes. You can confirm the steps to update the app in How do I update the Fitbit app?
Hope this helps.

I did happen to change the clock face (which did nothing) but I'm not sure how that's relevant to sleep tracking??
