My daughters Ace 2 stopped tracking her sleep 2 days ago.. she wears it to bed every night. I’m not sure what happened

@SunsetRunner, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm happy to assist you with your daughter's Fitbit Ace 2 since it stopped tracking her sleep.

 

Please restart her Fitbit Ace 2 as described in this help article. After this, make sure her device is positioned correctly on her wrist. Also, tighten the band so that it doesn’t slip on her wrist.

 

Finally, monitor her next sleep time and see if the issue gets fixed.
