Ace 2 not tracking steps

My 10year old bought this with her own money at Easter..

.

Since then, it's been restarted numerous times because of failures:

  • Unresponsive Screen (clock visible)
  • Unresponsive Screen (screen black)
  • Incorrect Time
  • Now, Not Counting Steps

How can this get fixed now, pray tell...?

I am sorry to hear your son's Ace 2 tracker is not counting steps. Thank you for sharing the additional issues you've experienced with the Ace 2, I appreciate your troubleshooting efforts and I am here to help. I recommend doing the following:

 

1. Confirm the steps you've followed to restart the tracker: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

2. Change clock face:

 

  • With the tracker nearby, from the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the account icon> Ace 2 tile.
  • Tap Clock Faces > All Clocks.
  • Browse the available clock faces. Tap a clock face to see a detailed view.
  • Tap Select to add the clock face to Ace 2.

3. Sync the tracker: How does my child sync Ace or Ace 2 with their device?
