Purchased for my son at Christmas and has been working great. Yesterday he noticed it died. Charged it during the night, and it still won’t come on. It vibrates and also shows it has sync on my phone. Just cannot see anything on the screen.

The same thing happened to my sons. I tried to contact support with a love char but it isn’t allowing me. It happened a couple weeks ago and I was able to restart it but I tried that tonight and it isn’t working.
