Ace 2 screen is not scrolling

Hi! My Son’s Ace 2 is displaying the wrong time and date and not scrolling to show steps or anything else. 
My phone is finding the device when I go to resync but the code doesn’t display on the Ace.

If you haven't done so, please restart your Tracker by following these steps.

 

Our team has recently released a new version of the Fitbit app (3.58 for iOS and Android devices). For instructions on how to check your current version and update, please visit this article and open the menu "How do I update the Fitbit app?".

 

If you continue having difficulties to set up your Tracker, please follow these troubleshooting steps.
