Ace 2 screen stopped working

My daughter's Ace 2 screen has stopped working properly.  It will turn on sometimes but when it does it will not respond to touch.  Most of the time it won't work.  We have fully charged it and done a hard resest multiple times, neither of those things seems to fix it.

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. Since you've tried restarting the tracker, I recommend changing a clock face:

 

1. Switch to kid view.

2. Tap the account icon > Ace 2 tile.

3. Tap Clock Faces > All Clocks.

4. Browse the available clock faces. Tap a clock face to see a detailed view.

5. Tap Select to add the clock face to Ace 2. Sync the tracker.

Yes we did that as well. Multiple times. That also doesn’t work.
