Hi ,I have seen recent topic about the ace 2 not showing the correct time.
the suggested answer was to follow the instructions to set the right time.
can anyone advise what to do when following the instructions don’t work?
what ever I try, the fit bit is stuck 3 hours ahead. Time zone on or offf. I’ve even chose. A different city but it doesn’t not change.

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. Time on the tracker should be corrected when you sync it. You can confirm the steps to sync the tracker in How do I sync an Ace tracker with my phone or tablet?
If the issue still persists after syncing, please try the additional troubleshooting steps in How do I change the time on my Fitbit device?
