My son reached 10,000 steps but his clock face did not display the correct character fir teaching his goal. He is so disappointed. How do I get it to display at 10,000 steps?

@Acohen71 Make sure you have steps selected as the Main Goal.  You can check by going into the Child View in the app, click on the device (Ace 2), and scroll down to Main Goal setting.

As Andrea mentioned, also check that the step goal didn’t get changed to a higher number - in Account Settings/Activity and Wellness/Daily Activity.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Acohen71. I'm sorry to hear about your son's goal.

To begin, your goal is to take 10,000 steps per day. Choose to change the number of steps, or pick a different activity goal depending on your device. When you reach your goal, your Fitbit device flashes and vibrates.

Make sure that steps is the goal to get the celebration. Check: How do I track my health and fitness goals with the Fitbit app?

Keep on visiting the forums.
