My son's strap is broken tried to resolve through Amazon no joy can get through to chat or call on Fitbit.wgats going on I just need a replacement strap it's only month old

Hi @leah2750 - Is this a third party band? I’ve not heard of Fitbit.wgats. But if this is the original band that came with the new Ace 2, please contact Fitbit support. They should be able to help in that situation. I’ve had good luck with the chat option.
