Ace 2 strap

H just purchased a Fitbit ace 2 for my seven year old. However, the ?clip on the strap that keeps the excesses strap down is not holding it. It keeps falling off and is always sticking off. I know there is a little bump that keeps that clip in place in the extra holes on my charge. I just think it would be terrible to have to purchase a new strap for the brand new watch.

Hi @SunsetRunner  I'm wondering if there is something you can rig to keep the strap down. Your child must have a smaller wrist to have excess strap. I used to hold my Flex strap together with ponytail bands from the dollar store. The silicon ones worked well and added a bit of color. Might something like that work for you?
