Got daughter an Ace 2. It is 4pm but shows as 04:00. She is confused as 04:00 is 4am not pm. How do I fix the time format?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which clock face is your daughter using on her Ace 2 device? Does this occur with any clock face or just with the one is currently in use? If you haven't already done so, please change the clock face and let me know if the issue persist. You can refer to our help article: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device? to do so.

I have the same issue. I've tried changing from 12 to 24 hour in the dashboard and syncing but it doesn't work. I also tried changing clock face in case that was the problem but the time will not change to the correct time.
