I charged my daughter's Ace 2 last night and this morning the screen is blank and introduce unresponsive. The app says that the battery is full and I tried to sync which was successful, but still nothing on the screen. I tried a reset by holding the button on the Ace 2 but now the device is completely unresponsive and won't sync (according to app).
As an update, the Ace 2 is now syncing and we were able to update the software on it via the app. My daughter is wearing it and it is tracking her steps (per the app). However the screen is still totally blank.
