Hello @Mattkinzer, welcome to the Community forums. Sorry for the late response. 

 

Thank you for the information provided regarding the Ace 2 that will not turn on and for confirming that you already tried to restart the tracker. 

 

Before considering other options, if this is related to the battery, please make sure that you've followed the steps provided in this article as well: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
