Ace 2 won’t connect to Bluetooth

Daughter received a Fitbit ace 2 for Christmas and it won’t connect to Bluetooth. I’ve restarted the Fitbit and the internet connection and other new things have connected to Bluetooth no problem.

Hi, @Angedunc  are you trying to connect directly with your Bluetooth, or making the connection via the Fitbit app?  The pairing will always fail if you try directly through Bluetooth.  It must be done via the Fitbit app.

Try turning Bluetooth off on the phone you are trying to connect with (yours or your daughter’s), waiting a moment and then turning Bluetooth back on again.  Then go to the Fitbit app.  You should get a prompt to link the Ace 2.  If not, go to notifications in the app - that should bring up the prompt to link.

Good luck!  I hope this helps.  Welcome to the forums.
