My new Ace 2 won't connect after being found by bluetooth. I have disconnected and reconnected several times. It is fully charged and I can see the screen turn on, but still cannot connect.

Thanks for letting me know that your Ace 2's screen is turning on but not setting up.
I would like you to make sure that you've created a family account. Once you have created it, you'll be able to set it up the Ace 2.
