Hello,

I am trying to pair up a fitbit ace 2 for my son and the watch is  ow stuck with the pairing code on the screen.  It wont connect or so anything else, os there someway to reset the watch?

Thanks for the details mentioned. 

 

It's pretty weird that once the Ace 2 is showing the pairing code, it's stuck in that screen. I would like you to restart your tracker and then try to set it up again.
