Both my kids Ace 2’s won’t sync, I’ve tried restarting and they both won’t restart either (following the directions in the manual). Any suggestions on what I can do?
thank you!

Hello @Jstrom
Try turning the Bluetooth off, wait a few seconds then turn your Bluetooth back on again. If the problem continues log out of the Fitbit App then turn the the Bluetooth off, turn your phone off for 1-2 mins the turn your phone back on then turn Bluetooth back on. Log back into the Fitbit app an try to sync again. If not try restarting the Ace 2 again. Press and hold the button on your tracker for 5 seconds. Release the button. When you see a smiley face and Ace 2 vibrates, the tracker restarted. Restarting your tracker reboots the device but doesn't delete any data.
😃 Hopefully this will provide you an answer. Please let me know

Hi there @Jstrom. Welcome to Community Forums.
Thanks for the support @SunsetRunner.
I'd recommend you check if you have the latest update for Fitbit Firmware and as well of you OS for the device you are using to pair.
Then you can proceed with the following steps:
- Force quit the Fitbit App.
- Turn off the bluetooth of your cell phone.
- Turn back on the bluetooth of your cell phone.
- Open the Fitbit App.
- Force sync the Fitbit device.
Finally if the previous troubleshooting does not work I advise you restart your device by following these steps.
Hope this helps.
