I love my Fitbit. Have used 3 over the years. Got my two kids the Aces for their birthday. . . The app is infuriating. I can switch between adult and child and got them set up on their shared device. However it is not user friendly for the kids. I have to switch between children's view to parent view just to switch kids. Enter passwords and codes sent to phone. No not hard. But the kids cannot be independent and switch between their accounts on the one secure device I set it up on. I am not giving them my password and they don't use my phone.

Yes, the implémentation of the family account is a total failure, it needs to be completely redesigned.

Hi there @chrannleo. Welcome to Community Forums.
I understand how frustrating can be to have to switch in between accounts each time your kids want to use the device, as you have only one for both kids. If you haven't done yet I recommend you check on this article, How do I manage my Fitbit family account?.
Also I suggest you get one device for each kid so it will be easier for them to use and for you to check on their stats, without having to switch in between profiles.
Hope this helps.
